Everyone has had to change how they conduct their work in recent months, and it appears that more changes will be required as we adapt to the “new normal.” This interactive virtual workshop will cover how to systematize your operations to maximize the effectiveness and efficiency of your business. During this interactive virtual workshop we will teach you how to define, map, and measure the performance of your systems to achieve the best results for your business.
About the workshop series:
This workshop is the third in a series that will share insights from the innovation engineering program developed by the University of Maine and Eureka! Ranch, which uses a systems approach to the innovation process and has provided training to more than 35,000 people around the world. (Not sure what “innovation engineering” is? Check out this article in The Economist.)
This series features three sessions; you can sign up for one, two or all three sessions. While the first workshop will provide a good overview of the topic, you do not need to have taken it to participate in workshops 2 and 3. Participation in each session is limited to 40 people – we ask that you sign up only if you are committed to participating. If tickets are sold out, please email firstname.lastname@example.org and we will put you on the waiting list.
