About Our Featured Speaker

Neil Kiely became CEO of Androscoggin Bank in January 2020. He graduated from Emory Law School and worked at a national firm in Washington, D.C. before moving to Maine in 1996 to serve as General Counsel for a local company. Discovering that he enjoyed business even more than the law, Neil left to start and operate a number of his own companies. In 2009, Neil joined the Board of Directors of Androscoggin Bank and First Wind, LLC where he served five years as the Director of Development–New England. In 2015, Neil was named Chief Strategy Officer to help lead a transformation of Androscoggin Bank to achieve sustainable long-term success in a dynamic banking environment. He led a number of divisions before his appointment as CEO. Neil also sits on the Board of the Portland Trust Company and is a member of the University of Southern Maine Advisory Board.
