On Tuesday, May 21st, the third installment of the “Entrepreneurship in the Blue Economy” took place at Rising Tide Brewing Company. John Herrigel of the Maine Oyster Company assembled an expert panel of speakers to discuss industry history, what it takes to raise an oyster, the challenges of day-to-day operations, and how marketing is critical for this growing industry.
